- 4 TBS. Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds (soaked for 8-10 hours, rinsed and drained)
- 1 Cup Pure Water
- 1-2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Avocado
- 1 inch Fresh Ginger
- 1-2 TSP Salt to taste
- 2-3 TBS Raisins, sweeten to taste
Blend everything well, taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
Pour onto a salad or use as a dip for veggies.
